On Sunday May 7, LIV and Bosseini Living celebrated the grand opening of the next phase of The Cedars at Brydon Bay in Gravenhurst and Serenity Bay in Severn.
Last year we launched “Live Near The Lake,” a joint initiative with Bosseini Living, bringing you three gorgeous collections of single-family homes and townhomes by the water in Ontario’s cottage country.
The third collection, Paradise by the Lake in Severn, sold out quickly, as did the initial phases of Serenity Bay and The Cedars. Construction is well underway with closings beginning this spring.
Serenity Bay’s 49’ and 59’ single-family homes and wide 30’ townhomes are located just north of Orillia off Highway 11 at Grayshott and Turnbull Drive.

The Cedars at Brydon Bay is a community of over 100 single family homes on extra deep lots. Located at Wellington Street and Evans Avenue just off the shores of Lake Muskoka, it’s also minutes away from Gravenhurst’s town centre. Don’t hesitate as only a few remain!
Situated in the most famous part of Ontario’s cottage country, you’ll be able to enjoy a wide variety of year-round festivals, markets, and eateries. The rocky waterways and pristine forests offer plenty of activities such as hiking, cross country skiing, boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and golfing.
Both communities offer mid to late 2025 closings with extended deposit structures available.
