About the Neighbourhood

01

Severn Township is part of Simcoe County in southern Ontario. It encompasses almost 550 sq. km. of land. The Sunshine City of Orillia is located just south of Severn. To the east is the western shore of Lake Couchiching and the Severn River. And to the north through Sparrow Lake is the Trent-Severn Waterway which runs through the majestic granite Canadian Shield and offers access to hundreds of lakes and waterways of the Muskokas. To the weste one has access to the mighty Georgian Bay.

With its unique location as the gateway to the Muskokas and theKawartha Lakes beyond, and with nearby Midland-Penetanguishene, Severn is a four-season paradise for nature lovers. With unparalleled opportunities to take to the water in your boat, jet ski or canoe, or to hit the ice in winter by snowmobile and take advantage of some of the best ice fishing the province has to offer. Whether it is fishing on Lake Simcoe or a day’s picnic boating to Beausoleil Island on Georgian Bay, Severn offers outdoor enthusiasts year round adventures.

LIV Communities in partnership with Bosseini Living is proud to be bringing its beautiful homes to this special area. Right next to Hwy 11, our future new home communities will be next to Lake Couchiching and just minutes north of Orillia with all of its convenient city amenities, entertainment and services. Paradise by the Lake in Menoke Beach was our first release in September 2021 and it sold out in just one day!
