Service Technician

Position Overview:
In keeping with LIV Communities’ reputation of providing exceptional customer service, we are looking for an individual who will attend to a variety of repairs and finishing tasks prior to and following homeowner occupancy. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to various sites.
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
- Able to work efficiently and with minimal supervision directly from a deficiency list.
- Must have a reliable truck or van and possess a valid driver's licence.
- Must own a variety of power/hand tools and be willing to purchase additional tools as necessary.
- Offer knowledge and experience in the installation/application/repair of drywall, paint, flooring, and trim.
- Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and construction knowledge.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and pride in workmanship, be punctual and represent LIV Communities in a positive, professional manner.
- Possess a clean criminal background check.
